So I listened to the message (Which I do have a recording of ) where they called to tell me that the investigation was complete and that infact they were LADY BUGS not roaches. Well, around 7:00 I get up to use the restroom and see the phone flashing. I wasnt in bed 15 miniutes and the phone rings, pushing 5:00 am now, I just let it ring. I got to the front desk, where I picked up my key to the room, and i'm told that I will be receiveing a $250 voucher for the troubles once they are able to finish the report by the EMT and engineering confirms what I already had photo evidence of, as well as their EMT, But it's whatever, So I said 'Sounds good, I'll just check back in the morning then after they have time to get everything together' proceed to my room. Now that the EMT is finished, I am packed up, I walk to my car, load up, and drive to the cherokee tower. I kindly refused the offer for medical attention. So then she proceeded to go through the motions of 'do you need an ambulance.' and so on. When she entered the room, she said 'Oh my, here is another one too' and proceeded to take a photo of this roach on her own personal phone. This process was interrupted by a Casino EMT visiting the room just as I were about to walk out. So now I return to the roach room, pack up all of my things so that I can take them to my car, drive to the other side of the resort and restart the check in process again. They didn't hesitate to give me a new room, but it was all the way in the Cherokee tower. When presented with the photo, the lady at the front desk was more than kind, and went to get the manager. Mind you, it's after 3:00 am and I wanted nothing more but to go to bed. So I took photo, and went to the front desk. I immediately jumped up, got dressed, and then looked around and saw another between the bed and the phone. Only after I lay down on the bed, a roach runs across my hand. That being said, after a night of being on the casino floor, I return to my room in the Creek Tower ready to get some sleep.

Let me start by saying I have stayed at this resort more times than I can count and have never had an experience this bad until now.
